Expedition Challenge Badge Weekend
25th - 26th April 2020
Dear Parents, Carers and Scouts,
As requested by the majority of the Scouts we are organising another Expedition Weekend over the weekend of 14th and 15th of March. The weekend is open to all Scouts including the ones who attended the weekend in October.
As last time the weekend will consist of 2 hikes and cooking an evening meal and breakfast in hike conditions. There will be a mandatory kit list of kit that the Scouts will have to carry to fulfil the badge criteria. I have kept this to the minimum so all ages of Scouts can participate. We will be sleeping at the Scout Hut.
I am planning 2 different routes to the ones done on the last weekend to keep things fresh.
This weekend will also go towards their Expedition Challenge Badge, Nights Away Badge, Hikes Away Badge, Team Work Challenge Badge and possibly their Personnel Challenge Badge, ...
